Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or submitting a loan application through the RapidCash platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing rapidcash.credit, creating an applicant account, completing our loan application wizard, or utilizing our customer portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any additional borrower disclosures presented during the application process. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue platform use immediately.

2. Applicant Eligibility Requirements

To use our services and request a personal loan quote, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age (or 19 years of age in Nebraska and Alabama).
  • You are a legal resident or citizen of the United States.
  • You possess a valid Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).
  • You maintain an active checking or savings account with a U.S. financial institution.
  • All information and uploaded verification documents provided by you are accurate, current, and authentic.

⚠️ Document Authenticity Requirement: Submitting fraudulent documents, altered bank statements, forged identification cards, or stolen tax records is strictly prohibited and constitutes federal loan fraud under 18 U.S. Code § 1014.

3. Loan Application & Underwriting Evaluation

RapidCash operates a technological marketplace connecting loan applicants with licensed underwriting institutions:

  • Soft Credit Inquiry: Submitting a preliminary rate check or wizard request triggers a soft credit inquiry, which does not impact your credit score.
  • Document Verification: Applicants must upload 3 required verification documents (**Driver's License**, **3-Month Bank Statements**, and **W-9 or W-2 Tax Form**). Underwriting specialists review these documents to confirm income stability and identity.
  • Final Offers & Approvals: RapidCash does not guarantee loan approval or specific interest rate offers to all applicants. Final loan terms, interest rates (APR), and loan amounts are determined by underwriting evaluation.

4. Portal Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your portal credentials (email address and password). You agree to immediately notify RapidCash at admin@rapidcash.credit if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or unmasked data.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, branding, logos, software logic, calculators, user interface designs, and text appearing on rapidcash.credit are the exclusive property of RapidCash and protected under federal copyright and trademark laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RapidCash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, temporary server outages, or delays in loan disbursement by financial institutions.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration.
